Ghaziabad Police has conducted intensive checking campaign to make the district crime free. Under which Operation Unarmed Campaign has been started from 1 week. Police has sent a report of cancellation of 127 licensed weapons under the Operation Unarmed in just 1 week. The SSP has also issued orders to all the SHOs to give a more aggressive look to the campaign.

Giving information about this entire case, Ghaziabad SSP Kalanidhi Naithani said that such arms license holder or his family / near relatives of the criminal tendency by the district police and against whom criminal prosecution is registered / pending / under consideration, mark their weapons. The operation has been carried out unarmed for the license revocation action.

SSP has reviewed the following points to all subordinates for conducting in-depth observational test of the number of licenses of the original holders and the cartridges purchased and carried as per the standard and to take legal information in respect of the arms licenses and to take legal action as per the rules. Is directed.

1- If the weapon of the weapon holder is deposited in the food of the police station and is related to any lawsuit, then action should be taken to revoke the arms license of such weapon holders.

2- Firstly during verification it should be seen that the holder of the arms license is maintaining his / her own arms and the weapon is with him / her. If the weapon holder is not found with the holder during verification and is found to be kept / sent to another person or

3- Arms license is held at home by some arms holders and has not been renewed even after the date of its renewed validity. Arms licenses of such arms holders shall be deemed to be unauthorized. 4-Arms license holder has deposited his arms at the shop for a long time and there is no proper reason for depositing

5-In addition to the above, the arms license holder is to give his arms to another person for use or kept elsewhere and if the arms holder is found to have violated the terms of the arms licenses. 6-It should also be seen that how many cartridges have been purchased by the arms license holder on the arms license in the year and how many cartridges are available with him during verification. Whether or not the holder of the cartridge and the number of cartridges carried in the number according to the standard is with the holder. If details are not available

7-During verification, if it is seen that the family / near relative of the weapon license holder is not a person of criminal tendency, due to which there is a possibility of misuse in future. If the family / near relatives of the weapon holder are involved in criminal activities etc. In the above circumstances, it is necessary to consider taking cancellation proceedings as per the rules given in the Arms Act / Rules.

8-Along with the above action, it should also be seen that if the weapon holder has the possibility of life fear due to the removal of the weapon, then this point must be considered. Senior Superintendent of Police Kalanithi Naithani has given clear orders. If anywhere, if the terms of the license are violated then register the lawsuit under 30 Arms Act.
